HEY, I'M ARJUN!

I’m a 14-year-old from the UK with a passion for helping others and taking on leadership roles. From being part of the Young People's Parliament to volunteering at my local church, I’ve always enjoyed making a positive impact. Though I’ve faced challenges like dealing with a stammer, I never let them hold me back from achieving my goals.

Losing my grandparents recently made me realize how crucial mental health and support truly are. Having a stammer myself, I've learned how important a positive mindset is in navigating personal challenges. I see many teens today who feel like they have no one to talk to, often being told they have it easy, but social media has made things more complicated. That’s why I want to create a space where teens can find support, feel understood, and discover the motivation we all need. Good mental health is key to thriving, and I hope to share the tips and resources that have helped me and others, while also learning and growing myself.
